Peace, Man!!!
I have been away decorating since Sunday. We did a minor set-up/teardown on Sunday, and then Monday we spent all day doing this event - a 60s theme, complete with VW beetle.
As it was driving in, not yet decorated . . . .
. . . and afterwards, ready to be the "piece de resistance".

VEry nice. Do you do this for a living? Where did you dig up all the various peices of period furniture and what do you do with them after the event?
No, LGS, I'm a music therapist. This is my second job that I do for fun. It's my neighbour's company - she's an event planner and does high end decor for corporate events, weddings, galas, conferences, etc. She has a huge warehouse where she keeps all the stuff (well, not the car - it belongs to another woman who works with us)
